谈工程量清单报价的应用及推广

On application of list quotation of engineering quantity and its expansion

对传统的定额计价进行了分析,从工程量清单的意义、特点等进行了论述,指出了适合当前的计价方式是清单计价的方法,同时对清单计价中的人、材、机进行了研究,达到了节约成本的目的,解决了定额计价方式满足不了目前形势发展的问题。

The paper compares the traditional quota valuation,illustrates the significance and characteristics of the list for engineering quantity,points out the list quotation is the method which is fitful for current quotation,and researches the human-beings,the materials and the machines in the list quotation,so as to save the costs,to solve the problems which the quota valuation can not satisfied situation at present.
