摘要
根据多年的投标实践经验,充分分析了不平衡报价法的原理和作用,并深入论述了采用该方法需做的准备工作和关键技巧,以期在投标报价过程中合理使用不平衡报价,增大投标几率,获取较为理想的经济效益。
Combined with several years experiences in bid invitation and submission,the principle and actions of unbalanced bidding method are analyzed adequately.In addition,preparation work and key skills of this bidding method are discussed in depth,in order to properly use this bidding method in quotation process to increase the rate to win the bid and obtain satisfied economic benefits.
