摘要
针对电网电压波动、谐波污染和无功快速跟踪补偿3个关键问题,提出了一种适应中高压场合的混合型有源滤波器(Hybrid Active Power Filter,简称HAPF)与静止无功补偿器(Static Var Compensator,简称SVC)混联运行的电能质量综合补偿器(Power Quality Combined Compensator,简称PQCC),分析了其拓扑结构、数学模型与运行特性。计算机仿真和工程实验结果证明,该补偿器不仅可以提供快速可变的容性无功,稳定电网电压,而且能够对谐波电流进行动态跟踪治理,有效提高了电网的安全稳定性,提升了公共电网的电能质量,降低了电网损耗。
According to three major problems for power system operation i.e. voltage stabilization, harmonic pollution and reactive power compensation, a novel power quality combined compensator (PQCC) composed of hybrid active power filter (HAPF) and static vat compensator (SVC) is proposed.Its topology is very suitable for high voltage and medium voltage cases.PQCC can supply quick and variable reactive power to stabilize grid voltage and lower power losses, and dynamically suppress tbe harmonic currents to improve power quality.The feasibility of the proposed PQCC system is verified by the simulation and engineering experimental results.
