标量解耦在无传感器矢量控制系统中的应用

摘要 为了实现三相异步电机高性能的调速控制,引入了旋转坐标系矢量分析法,采用一种基于PI控制器和电压解耦原理的感应电机简化模型,分析了同步旋转坐标系下PI控制器在解耦方面的不足。通过在定子电压指令中增加解耦项,即在励磁和转矩信号输入端增加一个标量解耦环节,可以消除感应电机的内部耦合。基于系统仿真,在自行搭建的无传感器矢量控制系统实验平台上进行了调速实验。实验结果表明,系统具有良好的动静态调速控制性能。 In order to implement the speed regulation,this paper introduces a complex vector analysis method and provides a simplified model of induction motor based on vector control and voltage deeoupling control principle.Then the lacks of decoupling of synchronous frame PI controller are analyzed.Adding the decoupling terms into the stator voltage commands of induction motor,i.e, adding a scalar quantity decoupling between excitation and torque signal input port,the inner coupling action of induction motor is cancelled.After system emulation, the experimental result demonstrates that the proposed vector control system has good dynamic and static performance.
