利益相关者导向的二级学院组织治理研究

On the Stakeholders-Orientated Organization Management of Subordinate College

从利益相关者的视角,在对二级学院利益相关者界定的基础上对其进行识别和价值期望分析;探索高校二级学院组织管理的创新,构建了利益相关者共同参与的管理模式;提出二级学院在协调利益相关者关系时应紧紧依据利益相关者在组织中利益诉求的不同及其对组织决策影响程度的大小,建立以共同利益为基础的差异化合作伙伴关系。

From the perspective of stakeholders, the article carry on the analysis of the recognition and expectation value the basis of defining the subordinate college stakeholders; then explore the innovation of the organization and management of the subordinate college, construct the management model participated by the stakeholders; and propose that the subordinate college should be firmly based on the relationship between stakeholder different interests in the organization and its impact on the effect degree of the organization decision making to correspond the stakeholders, establish the differentia cooperation partnership based on the common interests.
