To establish the academic autonomy of the university is the return of power and status ; and to foster the academic freedom is the fundamental path to enhance the autonomy of the university. If the university recurs to the healthy development track and move toward to the predomination, the fundamental way of the university is to achieve autonomy of running a school and normalize the spirit of academic freedom.
