摘要
通过对棉纤维阳离子化改性，有效地改善了天然染料在棉纤维上的染色性能，其优化的染色工艺为：染色温度60-70℃，染色时间50～60min，浴比1：20；染色织物的耐洗色牢度达到4级，耐摩擦色牢度达到3级，且具有很好的紫外防护效果。
Through cationic modification of cotton fiber, the dyeing property of natural dye on cotton fabric were improved effectively. The optimal dyeing process was dyeing at 60 -70 ℃ for 50 -60 minutes with liquor ratio 1 ： 20. As a result, the modified cotton fabrics dyed with natural dyes featured good UV-protective effect, and its soaping color fastness reached 4 grades and the crocking color fastness was about 3 grades.
