摘要
项目开发以江苏省南通市为例,分析了印染工业废水热能的排放现状和回收前景;介绍了印染工业废水热能回收系统项目开发情况,包括系统的工作原理、工作过程和系统组成。该系统废水热能回收效率高,耐腐蚀、抗结垢能力强,智能化程度高,且投资小,运行成本低,适用范围广,经半年使用证明回收效率稳定。
Present situation of emissions and the recycling prospect of dyeing and finishing wastewater, as well as recycling present situation of waste heat energy were analyzed, taking Nantong, Jiangsu Province as an example. A heat energy recovery and utilization system of dyeing and finishing wastewater was introduced, including working principle, the working process and composition of this system. The heat energy recovery and utilization system had high efficiency, anti-corrosive and antiscaling ability, and was well intellectualized, and investments and operation costs were low. The systems recovery efficiency was stable after running for six months.
