摘要
涤纶染色后采用新型酸性还原清洗剂SH,替代原先的保险粉碱性还原清洗工艺。试验表明,SH能有效去除染色织物的表面浮色,且对染色织物色泽的影响小;用量为2.5 g/L时,可获得优良的清洗效果。其处理成品的牢度性能与保险粉工艺相当,且节水省时、污染少,使用安全,操作简便,可以完全替代传统工艺。
New acidic reduction detergent SH was used to replace traditional sodium dithionite for reduction cleaning after polyester dyeing. The test results showed that, SH was able to wash off unfixed dyes on the fabric surface, and had little influence on shade of dyed fabric. When SH was 2.5 g/L, it could provide the optimal effect for cleaning, and the fastness properties was comparable to that of sodium dithionite. The new process had many advantages such as water saving, less polluting, easy operation and safety, and could replace the traditional process.
