摘要
采用鼠笼式交流异步电机、丹佛斯FC300系列变频器和摆线针轮减速机,对74型平漂机的电机和调速传动系统等进行改造。丹佛斯FC300系列变频器内置自由PID控制器控制软件包,只要各单元机之间设置张力反馈元件,即可实现多台机同步张力控制。
The motor and speed transmission system of the 74-type open-width scouring-bleaching machine is transformed by AC squirrel cage induction motors, Danfoss VLT Automation Drive FC300 series drives and cycloidal lantern gear reducers. The Danfoss FC300 series is integrated the software package of the free-PID controller. The tension control of a multi-motor synchronization system can be realized by tension feedback component.
