摘要
以苹果的树枝、叶为原料,70%甲醇为提取剂,温度控制在50~60℃回流提取三次,60℃减压回收甲醇,经过絮凝、抽滤,合并滤液,再用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,60℃浓缩至近干,重结晶,得到根皮苷粗产物。通过紫外光谱分析法测定其产率,结果表明苹果茎叶中根皮苷含量较高。本提取方法简便、快速、准确。
Take the apple branch, the leaf as raw materials,70% methylalcohol are the extractant,the temperature is 50-60℃,stew and extractant three times,in the temperature of 60℃ decompressing and recycling methyl alcohol,after the flocculation, pulls out filters,the merge filtrate,uses the ethylacetate to carry on the extract again,in the temperature of 60℃ to concentrate to nearly dry and recrystallizate,then obtains the product of the phloridizin.Through the ultra-violet spectrograph analytic method determines its production rate, finally it indicates in the apple stem leaf the root skin glycosides content is high.This extraction method is simple,fast and accurate.
