“五四”运动中的学生群体行为分析

本文拟通过"五四"运动中学生群体行为的分析,考察大规模学生群体行为发起和持续发展的条件,尤其是组织形式和行动策略的变化特征,以及学生与政府、社会各界的关系变化,探讨"五四"运动对于中国现代学生运动基本模式形成的影响,并说明群众运动中某些普遍存在的现象。

Through analyzing the collective action of the students in the May 4 Patriotic Movement of 1919, this paper attempts to investigate the conditions for initiating and sustaining largecale collective action of the students, with focus on such aspects as the organization, the feature of variation of the action strategies, and the changing relationship between the students and the government and that between the students and the different walks of life. From there, the paper further explores the influences of the Movement on the basic pattern of subsequent student movements in modern China. It also tries to explain some universal phenomena found in mass movements.
