全球性金融危机的爆发使原本艰难的大学生就业形势变得更为严峻,部分毕业生就业时出现了焦虑恐慌、盲目屈就和攀比等心理问题。为了改变这种状况,大学生要树立正确的择业观,找准职业定位,主动出击,以良好的心态去努力实现顺利就业。

The global financial crisis deteriorated the employment situation of the university undergraduates.As a result,anxiety,haste acceptance and unrealistic competition haunted some of the students.To change this situation,the undergraduates should develop the right attitude towards job hunting by accurately identifying their professional orientation,taking necessary actions,and keeping upbeat mood for a successful employment.
