On Sustainable Development of Lectures for Undergraduate Employment Guidance

文章从金融海啸给就业的冲击入手,分析影响作为开展大学生就业指导有效途径和方法的"就业指导课"可持续发展的因素,指出大学生就业指导课可持续发展应遵循的原则,最后提出了如何保证大学生就业指导课可持续发展的思路。

Under the impact of the current financial crisis on employment,this paper analyzes the factors that might affect the development and mode of ＂Lectures for undergraduate employment guidance＂,suggesting principles followed for the lectures and their sustainable development.The author also raises her considerations for how to assure sustainable development of the lectures.
