Building up a Career Counseling System for University Students

随着职业竞争的日益激烈,大学生不仅需要毕业前的就业指导,更需要得到全程化的职业辅导。要对大学生实施全程化的职业辅导,就要首先建立系统科学的职业辅导系统。本文探讨了职业辅导体系构建的必要性,并在此基础上对转变传统观念、优化辅导方法以及建设大学生职业辅导师资队伍进行了探讨。

Owing to the fierce competition of job hunting,the university students need not only employment guidance before graduation,but also the overall career counseling services.Building up a scientific system for career counseling is the key element to provide university students with the overall career consultation.Based on this belief,the author discusses how to change the traditional concept of employment guidance,how to optimize the counseling methods,and how to build up the tutor group concerned.
