中国与欧盟外经贸发展的现状、趋势与对策研究

The Sino-EU Economic and Trade Relations:The Current Situation,Development Trend and Countermeasures

欧盟已经成为中国最大的贸易伙伴、出口市场和技术引进来源地,在中国外经贸发展中有着重要地位。但欧盟对中国的直接投资规模小、增速缓慢,欧盟对中国的FDI还有很大潜力。本文以中欧外经贸发展的现状为基础,从中欧贸易失衡、贸易摩擦日益增加、欧盟对中国投资偏少以及技术合作有待进一步加强等角度剖析了中欧外经贸发展过程中面临的诸多问题,并对推进中欧经贸合作提出了相应的对策建议。

As China s largest trade partner,export market and the origin of technology introduction,the EU holds an important position for development of China s foreign trade and economic relations.However,the scale of FDI from EU to China is relatively small and its developing pace is comparatively slow.That leaves much room for further development.Based on the current situation,this paper studies the problems in the Sino-EU economic and trade relation,such as the Sino-EU trade imbalance,increases in the bilateral trade conflicts, potentialities of introducing FDI and technology from the EU.At last, the authors offer their suggestions for further promoting the Sino-EU economic and trade cooperation.
