摘要
以北京市2所重点校和2所普通校的717名初高中生为被试,采用问卷调查中学生情绪智力和创造性倾向发展特点及二者的关系。结果发现:(1)中学生的情绪智力存在性别差异,表现为女生在情绪感知、情绪理解、情绪管理3个维度得分显著高于男生;在情绪感知、情绪理解和情绪管理维度还存在学校和年级的交互作用;(2)中学生在创造性倾向的自信心维度存在性别和年级的交互作用;(3)情绪智力与创造性倾向显著相关。进一步的回归分析发现,情绪感知、情绪理解和情绪运用显著正向预测创造性倾向,情绪管理显著负向预测创造性倾向。情绪智力对创造性倾向总分的预测力为26%,其中情绪感知和情绪管理对创造性倾向的解释力最大。
This study makes a survey on the developmental characteristics and correlation between emotional intelligence and creativity tendency of secondary school students through questionnaires. The subjects are 717 students from 2 key middle schools and 2 general ones. The results show : ( 1 ) There is a gender difference of emotional intelligence among students, and girls in perceiving, understanding and managing emotions gain higher scores than boys; There is an interaction effect between grade and school in perceiving, understanding and managing emotions; (2) There is an interaction effect in self- confidence dimension of creativity tendency between sex and grade; (3) Emotional intelligence significantly correlate with creativity tendency. Further regression analysis shows that emotional perception, emotional understanding and emotional use positively predict creativity tendency, while emotional management is a significant negative predictor of creativity tendency. The predictive power of emotional intelligence to creativity tendency is 26 %, and emotional perception and emotional management have the greatest explanatory power to creativity tendency.
