日韩跨国高等教育服务贸易比较研究——基于学生流动的分析

Comparative Studies on Trade in Service of Transnational Higher Education in Japan and ROK

近年来,跨国高等教育服务贸易在全球迅速发展。比较日本与韩国跨国高等教育的政策与形势对于发展我国的跨国高等教育有重要的启示作用。本文将从学生流动性的视角,研究分析日韩跨国高等教育的现状、问题与挑战,以期服务于我国高等教育的国际合作。

In recent years, the rapid development of trade in service of transnational higher education in the world lays a foundation for the development of transnational higher education to a large extent in each country by means of international cooperation and coordination as well as international communication. Japan and ROK, China＇ s neighboring countries in north-Asia, are two countries sending the largest number of students abroad. The comparison of different policies and situations between Japan and ROK has important inspirational functions for developing China＇s transnational higher education. This paper analyzes the current situation, problems and challenges of transnational higher education in Japan and ROK the perspective of student＇s mobility to serve for international cooperation of China＇s higher education.
