可重复的成套神经心理状态测量(RBANS)在社区老人中的信度和效度研究

Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status (RBANS) in Community Elderly

目的:评价可重复的成套神经心理状态测量(Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status,RBANS)中文版的信度和效度。方法:对49名上海市社区老人分别于8周前后进行RBANS和简易智能状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)的评定。结果:①RBANS的内部一致性较好;重测相关系数为0.933(P<0.001)。②RBANS与MMSE的相关系数为0.675;RBANS具有良好的结构,χ2为73.52,NNFI、CFI均大于0.9,5个潜变量因素负荷系数均具有统计学意义,测量数据与5因素模型之间拟合良好;RBANS的区分度为0.263。③RBANS总分与年龄负相关(r=-0.536,P<0.001),与教育程度正相关(r=0.744,P<0.001),与性别相关无统计学意义(r=-0.192,P>0.05)。结论:RBANS中文版在社区老人中具有较好的信度和效度。

Objective： To assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status （RBANS）. Methods： 49 community elderly from Shanghai were rated with RBANS and MMSE separately before and after 8 weeks. Results： ①The retest coefficient of RBANS was 0.933. ②The correlative coefficient between total scores of RBANS and MMSE were 0.675. The construct of RBANS was good, χ^2= 73.52, NNFI=0.91, CFI=0.94. The discrimination of RBANS was 0.263.③RBANS total score had significant correlation with age and education, but not with sex. Conclusion： The Chinese version of RBANS has relatively good reliability and validity in community elderly.
