依达拉奉对外伤性脑出血患者高敏C-反应蛋白浓度的影响

Influence of edaravone on high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels of patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉与外伤性脑出血患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs—CRP)浓度的相关性。方法将422例外伤性脑出血患者随机分为依达拉奉治疗组(301例)和常规对照组(121例)。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予依达拉奉30mg+生理盐水100ml静脉滴注,30min内滴完,2次,d,21d为1个疗程。分别入院24h内于治疗前,治疗后7d、14d、21d行神经功能缺损评分(CSS)检测(采用中国脑卒中神经功能缺损评分量表),并测量hs—CRP浓度。结果治疗后2组患者的神经功能缺损评分均有所降低,但依达拉奉治疗组神经功能缺损评分降低程度显著大于对照组(P〈0.05),且随着依达拉奉应用时间的延长,其差异的显著性加大:治疗后7d、14d2组间CSS评分的差异显著(P〈0.05),21d后差异更显著(P〈0.01)。治疗前2组患者hs—CRP浓度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗第7d末、14d末、21d末,依达拉奉治疗组hs—CRP浓度、CSS均显著低于对照组(均P〈0.05)。治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论依达拉奉可降低外伤性脑出血患者的hs—CRP浓度,促进外伤性脑出血患者的神经功能恢复,且副作用少。 Objective To investigate the influence of edaravone on the high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 422 patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage admitted within 24 h after the onset, aged 6-72, were randomly divided into 2 age-matched groups: edaravone group (n=301) undergoing intravenous drip of edaravone 30 mg within 30 min bid for 21 days in addition to routine treatment, and control group (n=121) undergoing routine treatment. China Stroke Scale (CSS) scores were examined before the treatment, and 7, 14, and 21 days after the treatment, and peripheral blood samples were collected to detect the hs-CRP. Results Compared with that before treatment, the CSS scores after treatment gradually decreased in both groups. The CSS scores 7 d, 14 d, and 21 d after treatment of the edaravone group were all significantly lower than those of the control group with the P values of 〈0.05, 〈0.05, and 〈0.01 respectively. There was not significant difference in the hs-CRP levels between these 2 groups (P〉0.05). The hs-CRP levels 7, 14, and 21 days after the treatment of the edaravone group were all significantly lower than those of the control group (all P〈 0.05). No obvious side effect was seen in the edaravone group. Conclusion Edaravone decreases the hs-CRP of the patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage and helps restore the neurological function without severe side effect.
