新增120急救人员急救能力的分析

First aid capability of newly-trained pre-hospital emergency personnel： survey of 25 medical professionals in Beijing

目的分析29届奥运会期间新增120急救人员的急救能力。方法29届奥运会前夕，来自北京4家二、三级医院儿科、肿瘤科、神经科和精神科等的12名医生（男5人，女7人，平均34岁，本科4人，硕士7人，博士1人），13名护士（均为女性，平均31岁，中专3人，大专7人，本科3人），均为非急救医学专业人员，接受北京120急救中心急救专家3d的院外急救理论强化培训，跟随急救车实习1月。随后，查阅医疗工作记录，以评估他们的急救能力。结果25名医护人员均考试合格，随后独立担当起院外急救任务。每人每月平均救治患者约110人次；抢救危重症患者20余人次，抢救成功率100％；2min出车率100％；医疗文书的甲级率100％；投诉率为0，满意率98．5％。结论具有一定专业技术水平的临床医务人员，经过一定时间的强化急救培训，都可以成为合格的院外急救人员。

Objective To investigaste the first aid capability of newly-trained pre-hospital emergency personnel. Methods Three months before the 29th Olympic Gaines, 25 medical professionals from four hospitals of grades B2 and 3 in Beijing, 12 physicians, 5 male and 7 females, aged 34, 4 with the educational level of bachelor, 7 with the level of master, and 1 with the level of doctor, and 13 nurses, all female, aged 31, 3 being with the educational level of secondary technical school, 7 with college diploma, and 3 with university diploma, originally engaged in pediatrics, oncology, neurology, or psychiatry, and all with the background of emergency medicine, received three-day intensive training of theories on emergency medicine by 120 emergency center and one-month practice in ambulance. The relevant records were reviewed to access their capability in pre-hospital emergency medicine. Results All the 25 persons passed the terminal examination and then took on the job of first aid. On average they took care of about 110 patients every month, and rescue about 20 critical patients with the successful rescue rate of 100%, 2-min ambulance operating rate of 100%, .excellent medical record rate of 100%, satisfaction rate of 98.5%, and complaint rate of 0. Conclusion After intensive training for a period of time clinical medical professionals with enough experience in their specialties can become qualified pre-hospital emergency medic al workers.
