摘要
上海世博会世博轴膜结构采用连续张拉结构，包括膜面系统和膜面支点系统；索结构采用平行铜丝绳外包PE．分为结构索和膜面索。重点介绍世博轴索膜结构、阳光谷钢结构的深化设计及安装。阳光谷钢结构安装采用节点工厂制作，现场散拼成“个”字形分块吊装，临时连接，逐环安装，闭环后焊接的安装方式；
The membrane for Expo Axis applies continuous tension structure,which includes membrane surface system and fulcrum system,and the cable structure applies parallel wire rope with external polyethylene,which includes structural cable and membrane surface cable.The authors introduce deep design and installation of cable-membrane structure and steel structure of Sun Valley in detail.The scheme for steel structure installation is put forward,which are that fabricating joints in factory assembled with 个-shape on site,hoisting separately,temporary connection,installation for every ring,and welding after close-loop,furthermore,it is pointed out that the key points for cable-membrane structure installation are cable tension and membrane installation.The engineering of Expo Axis involves new ideas and techniques in construction technology field.
