摘要
目的:介绍大戟科地构叶属药用植物珍珠透骨草化学成分和临床药理作用,并对其研究开发前景进行展望.方法:参阅国内外相关文献资料进行分析、整理和综述.结果:该植物化学成分主要包括生物碱、有机酸等、甾醇、嘧啶等多种化合物,具有治疗风湿性关节炎、抗炎镇痛作用、治疗瘢痕疙瘩、治疗足跟痛等临床药理作用.结论:药用植物珍珠透骨草作为传统的民间药,具有广阔的研究和开发前景.
Objective： To introduce Euphorbiaceae Speranskia medicinal plants of pearl Speranskia tuberculata chemical composition and clinical pharmacological effects and prospects for its research and development prospects. Methods： I refer to the relevant literature and analyzed, collated and reviewed. Results： The chemical composition of plants include alkaloids, organic acids, sterol, pyrimidine and many other Compounds. Its clinical pharmacological effects include： treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, anti-inflammatory analgesic effect, treatment of keloid treatment of heel pain and so on. Conclusion： The medicinal plants （Speranskia tuberculata） as a traditional folk medicine and has broad prospects for research and development.
