Mongolian Traditional Manual Reduction Splintage Treatment Humerus Supracondylar Extension Type Fracture in Children

目的:观察手法复位小夹板固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折的疗效.方法:对61例儿童肱骨髁伸直型骨折采用蒙医传统整骨手法复位小夹板固定治疗的基础上配合蒙药治疗.结果:优56例(91.80%),良4例(6.55%),可1例(1.64%),差0例.结论:蒙医传统整骨术对儿童肱骨髁上伸直型骨折治疗方面有显著的疗效,应提倡推广应用.

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of manual reduction splintage treatment on children＇s humerus supracondylar extension type fracture. Methods： Treated 61 children＇s humerus supracondylar extension type fracture with Mongolian traditional osteopathic manipulative reduction and fixation with a small splint, on that basis, cooperated with Mongolian medicine.Results： Excellent 56 cases（91.8%）; good 4 cases（6.55%）, satisfied 1 cases（1.64%）, poor 0 cases （malunion）. Conclusion： Mongolian traditional osteopathy has a significant effect on children＇s humerus supracondylar extension type fracture, its applicati6n should be promoted.
