摘要
高压闪蒸气吸收塔的作用是采用NHD溶液吸收高压闪蒸气中的CO2,回收得到含N2和H2的净化气用作合成氨的原料。由于目前化工软件尚未收入NHD脱碳物性数据,遂利用Pro-Ⅱ计算软件中PC脱碳过程的多级计算结果,对NHD高闪气吸收塔进行了化工模拟计算;对比了PC脱碳塔和NHD脱碳塔的实际生产应用数据;提出了吸收塔NHD溶液量、填料高度、塔径、液泛率等工艺设计计算结果。
The role of high pressure flashing gas Absorber was to Absorb the CO2 gas from high pressure flashing steam by NHD solution,the purified gas containing N2 and H2,obtained from recovery,was used as the raw material of synthetic ammonia.Due to that the physical data of NHD de-carbon were not yet collected presently into chemical software,so author has adopted the multi-class calculation results of PC de-carbon process in the Pro-Ⅱ calculating software,chemical simulation calculation has been made for high pressure flashing steam Absorber of NHD;the applied data in the actual production were compared for PC de-carbon tower with the NHD de-carbon tower;author has presented the process design calculation results of NHD solution quantity,packing height,tower diameter,solution flood rate etc...
