摘要 系统总结了Snam氨汽提法尿素装置节能环保技术改造的方案、措施和效果:①改造中压惰气洗涤器,中压放空气的氨含量由15%降至5%;②改造解吸塔,解吸废水中尿素和氨的含量最低可降至1×10-6;③新增2台氨水槽,完善了密闭排放系统;④改造CO2压缩机组工艺冷凝液回收系统,避免了工艺冷凝就地排放,实现了水资源回收再利用;⑤改造尿素装置界区排放口,保证了外排废水稳定达标排放。 Author has systematically summarized the scheme.Measures and effect for the technical reformation of energy conservation and environment protection as follows:①Reform the middle pressure inert gas scrubber,the ammonia content contained in middle pressure venting was reduced from 15% to 5%;②Reform the disrober,the contents of urea and ammonia desorbed from waste water can be reduced to a minimum of 1×10-6;③Newly add two ammonia water tanks,to improve the closed drainage system;④Reform the process condensate recovery system,to avoid the local drainage of the process condensate,and to realize the recovery and reutilization of water resource;⑤Reform the drainage port at the battery limit of urea plant,to guarantee to reach stably to standard requirement for discharging out the waste water.
