论文将流行的数字语言现象和翻译结合起来,围绕"信"这一翻译基本因素之一,从一个全新的角度,阐释了翻译的意义。首先,论文从斯坦纳对语内翻译的理解,以及"部分转换"的阐述中得到启发,将流行的数字语音现象和翻译联系起来。接着,通过对"音译"概念的分析,把这种数字语言现象定位为语言内部之间的音译。然后,对翻译中的基本因素之一——"信"——的历史进行了探讨,指出该数字语言现在也是对"信"的追求和发展。最后,从各时期的学者们对"信"的追求和发展中,论文得出结论:数字语言的翻译忠实于原文本功能,这正是功能派翻译学的全新体现。

This paper renders a meaning to translation from a completely fresh point of view. Its primary concern is about ＂faithfulness＂, one of the essential principles in translation, and linking numeral language to translation.First of all, this paper tries to link numeral language to translation by citing Steiner＇s understanding of intralingual translation and his illustration of ＂partial transformation＂. Second, this paper suggests that the numeral language involves an intrallingual transliteration after an analysis on transliteration. Third, this paper explores the history about study on ＂faithfulness＂, and suggests that the numeral language is also a development of ＂faithfulness＂. Finally, it concludes that the numeral language is a fresh demonstration of the functionalist approach to ＂faithfulness＂--be faithful to the function of the original text.
