浅议“项目制”在学生管理中的应用

On the Application of "Project System" in Student Management

"项目制"是在借鉴项目管理(PM)基本原理基础上提出的,是项目管理(PM)在学生管理中的应用,其核心内容是把每一项学生活动都看做一个项目来运作。"项目制"是学生管理理论创新的具体体现,为同学搭建一个平等展示自己能力的平台,为发现人才提供新的途径,为培养学生综合能力提供一种新的方式。科学可行的方案是"项目制"的核心,高效团结的团队是实施"项目制"的关键。

＂Project system＂ is put forward based on the basic principle of project management （PM）. It is the application of project management （PM） in the student management. Its core is to regard each student＇s activity as a project to operate. ＂Project system＂ is the concrete manifestation of innovation in student management. It builds an equal platform for every student to demonstrate their abilities and it provides a new way to discover talents and cuhivate student＇s comprehensive ability. Scientific and accessible plans are the core of ＂project system＂; united and efficient team group is the key of ＂project system＂.
