摘要
在全球金融危机的背景下,许多行业已经出现了裁员热潮。一套规范化的裁员程序将便于企业人力资源管理人员有效地进行裁员活动。企业裁员活动可分为三个阶段,即计划准备阶段、实施阶段和管理阶段,每个阶段又涉及到若干具体步骤。文章首次提出了将裁员活动延伸至对被裁员工和留任员工进行管理的裁员管理阶段。
Under the background of global financial crisis,the upsurge of staff reduction appears in many industries.A normalized procedure will offer help for human resource administrators to carry out staff reduction effectively.The operation includes three stages such as preparation,implementation and management.Every stage involves several specific steps.This article puts forward the staff reduction management stage that extends to manage laid-off workers and in-service staff for the first time.
