论中国区际侦查协助体系的构建

On the construction of inter-region investigation assistance system in China

在惩治中国内地与港、澳、台的跨境犯罪过程中,不仅会遇到不同政治制度和法律制度所造成的认知差异,而且在侦查协助方面也会受到多种因素的制约。本文在廓清区际侦查协助概念的基础上,详细探讨区际侦查协助的具体内容及工作机制,进而提出完善中国区际侦查协助体系的建议,以期克服区际侦查协助面临的不利因素,尽快实现两岸四地区际侦查协助体系的规范化和制度化。

In the process of beating and punishing the cross-boarder crimes among the main land of China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan District, we will not only meet the cognition differences existing in different political systems and legal systems, but also be re- strained by various factors in the investigation assistance. Based on defining the concept of inter-region investigation assistance definite- ly, this thesis makes a detailed discussion on the concrete contents and working system, and then puts forward the suggestions for im- proving it, hoping that the unfavorable factors can be conquered and the standardization among the main land of China, Hong Kong, Macan and Taiwan District can be realized as soon as possible.
