摘要
提出一种基于Sagnac效应的新型血液流速计的测量方法以及信号处理方案，可测量大动态范围的流速。
A new blood tachometer based on Sagnac Effect is designed,which can measure the velocity of flow in a wide range. The optical and signal -process method is given in this paper.
