摘要
以吡啶为探针分子,采用红外光谱对合成的离子液体[Emim]HSO4的酸性进行了表征。以[Emim]HSO4离子液体为催化剂研究了乙酸和乙醇的酯化反应。考察了反应温度、反应时间和离子液体/反应物量比对酯化反应的影响,实验得到的优化反应条件为:反应温度40℃,反应时间1h,离子液体:反应物=1:5时,乙酸的转化率为76.73%,乙酸乙酯的选择性为100%。反应后离子液体易于与反应产物分离。
The acidity of ionic liquid [Emim]HSO4 was investigated by IR spectroscopy with pyridine as probe. Ionic liquid [Emim]HSO4 was used as catalyst in the esterification of acetic acid and alcohol.The effect of reaction conditions on esterification was studied.Conversion rate of acetic acid was 76.73% and selectivity of ethyl acetate was 100% under the following optimal conditions:reaction temperature 40 ℃,reaction time 1 h,ionic liquid:reactant= 1:5.The ionic liquid can be easily separated from the products.
