Steel Box Girder Scaffolding Construction Technology of Self-anchored Suspension Bridge

江心洲右汊大桥设计为独塔自锚式悬索桥,其主桥采用钢箱梁,通过对钢箱梁膺架吊装施工技术的运用实践,分析了膺架结构的工艺特点及相应施工安全质量控制上的技术要求,对整体施工的组织安排进行了阐述。

The right-branching bridge in Jiangxin Island of Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel is a self-anchored suspension bridge with single tower and its main bridge used steel box girders. By means of technology practice of the steel box girders scaffolding erection and analysis of the technological characteristics of scaffolding structure and the technical requirements in corresponding construction safety and quality control, the organization and arrangement of overall construction are described.
