摘要 利用数学规划原理,按照确定的优化次序,详细讨论邮电企业人员结构中,职务、年龄、学历和专业结构的最优化模型,由模型解的含义,得出邮电企业人员结构中,职务、年龄、学历和工资结构的理想分布。 In this paper, at first the author expounds the connotation of studying the formation model for the human resource of P&T enterprises, subsequently discusses the utility function of P&T enterprises and its' characteristics, and put forward the general model about human resource formation of P&T enterprises. Based on this an ideal personnel allocation, about duty, age, degree and major, is got respectively according to the decided optimization order, and finally with the model solving the ideal structure of the personnel resource of P&T enterprises has been got.
