摘要
简要回顾了上世纪美国关于载人航天的争论,考量了美国麻省理工学院《载人航天的未来》报告中有关航天主要目标和次要目标的论述,阐明了探索的内涵及将探索列为航天第一目标的理由与现实意义,最后建议在我国航天发展战略中恢复探索作为航天领域发展,特别是载人航天和深空探测发展的第一目标的位置。
The paper briefly reviews the argument on the human spaceflight in USA in the previ ous century, takes the considertaion of discussion on the primary and secondary targets in MIT Report The Future of Human Spaceflight, explains the intension of exploration and the reasons and actual significance with respect to taking exploration as the first target of spaceflight, and finally suggests that exploration be the first target of China＇s space programs and activities, espeicalliy human spaceflight and deep spaceflight exploration.
