On the Formulation of reliable Caltivating Schedule and the Improvement of Postgraduate Education Quality

结合当前新的《授予博士、硕士和培养研究生的学科、专业目录》的实施，遵循研究生教育规律，从实际出发，就制定研究生的培养方案，提高我院研究生的培养质量提出了设想和建议。

In this paper, some advice and ideas on how to formulate a reliable cultivating sechedule and how to improve the quality of postgraeduate cultivation are presented as the result of the postgraducate education research in our institute according to the new 'List of subjects and specialities of awarding doctor ,s and master ,s degrees and the cultivation of the post graduate” which has been put into effect recently.
