本文分析了Ｎｏ．７信令网环路形成的原因和危害，提出了在信令网规划建设阶段和运行阶段切实可行的防范措施和解决办法。
Analyze the cause of looping problem which will result in No.7 signaling congestion, and its harms to network security. Recommend some effective measures to avoid it in the period of network construction as well as network operation.
