摘要
目的尝试对医院临床科室人力资源的投入产出进行综合评价。方法采用秩和比法对成都市某三级甲等医院2008年临床科室人均医疗业务收入以及人均负担住院床日指标进行加权综合评价。结果该院临床科室的人力资源投入与产出的差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对医院临床科室人均投入产出指标进行综合评价,可定量化地评价临床科室绩效,有助于合理调配人力资源,加强医院科学管理。
Objective Attempt to evaluate the outputs of human resources of hospital clinical departments comprehen- sively. Methods Comprehensive evaluation of the weighted indicators of the per capita health care burden on business income and per capita hospital bed day of clinical departments in a three-level hospital in Chengdu in 2008 was made. Results The difference of human resources' input and output in hospital clinical departments is of statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation of input - output per capita indicators in hospital clinical departments can evaluate the performance of clinical departments quantitatively, contribute to a reasonable allocation of human resources and strengthen scientific management of hospital.
