基于HIS的药品异动实时监控

目的开发一套软件，用于加强药品进入医院后的监管。方法基于HIS已有数据库和网络架构，采用PowerBuilder开发工具，C／S架构设计了基于HIS数据库的药品异动实时监控软件。结果根据筛选规则，在对药品使用情况实时动态监控中，能及时发出异动预警，找出可能存在问题的品种，发现滥开处方的医生。结论软件具有快速安全、简便实用的特点。实践应用中极大地方便了药品监管，保证管理人员能及时纠处不规范用药，实现了药占比下降。

Objective To develop a set of software to strengthen the drugs regulatory after drugs entering the hospital. Methods Based on the HIS databases and network-structures using platform of PowerBuilder, C/S-structure with real-time monitoring software on drug changes was designed Results According to the selection rules, when real-time monitoring drugs change, it could in time issue early warning about changes to identify possible problems with the species and find that doctors who over-prescribed. Conclusion The software was fast, safe, simple and practical. In practice, it was very convenient for drugs regulatory. Using that, managers could correct and treat non - standard drugs to bring about decline in the proportion of drug in hospital.
