Analysis of 140 ADR Cases in our Hospital in 2008

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点。方法:对我院2008年1～12月收集的140例ADR报告进行分类统计分析。结果:140例ADR报告中,抗菌药引起的ADR(占69.28%)居首位,静脉给药方式是引发ADR的主要给药途径(占64.28%),ADR最为常见的临床表现为皮肤及附件损害(占62.07%)。结论:应重视ADR监测,推动临床合理用药。

Objective ： To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） in our hospital. Method ： 140 ADR cases collected from January to December of 2008 in our hospital were classified and analyzed statistically. Result： Of the 140 ADR cases, the anti-infective drugs had the highest proportion（69.28% ）. Most（64.28 % ） of the ADR cases were induced through the intravenous routine, and the damages of the skin and its appendants were the most common manifestations （62.07%）. Conclusion： It is necessary to intensify ADR monitoring to promote the rational drug use.
