摘要
共形头罩可大大减小空气阻力,提高导弹在速度与射程方面的性能。介绍了精确共形光学技术,设计的关键在于校正共形头罩在全部视场的动态像差,讨论了采用旋转/平移位相板、拱形校正器等像差校正方法。简要说明了共性头罩加工、试验及应用状况,指出共形光学技术是未来高速导弹整流罩技术的发展方向。
Conformal dome can greatly reduce the air resistance,so it will provide increased missile performance in terms of speed and range.The precision conformal optics technology is described.The key to the designer is correcting the dynamic unsymmetrical aberrations over the scan field.Some methods are discussed to correct conformal dome aberrations,such as employing counter-rotating phase plates,translating phase plates,or an arch corrector.And conformal dome machining,testing and applying is introduced.It is pointed that the application of conformal dome is the development trend of future in the field of high-speed missile.
