摘要
用户网络接口是实现ＩＳＤＮ（综合业务数字网）的关键技术之一。介绍了用户网络接口中第三层协议Ｑ９３１，并论述了实现Ｑ９３１协议的关键技术。
User Network Interface(UNI) is one of the important techniques to implement the ISDN.This paper not only introduces LAY 3 protocol——Q.931 in UNI but also presents some key techniques to realize it.
