摘要
浙江省内河航运承担了经济社会发展所需的大量物资运输任务。为形成布局合理、提供高效和优质运输服务的航道网络,浙江省须加快高等级航道的建设。笔者对需要重点建设的骨干航道进行了简要论述,并分析了实现建设目标存在的若干关键问题和措施建议。
The inland channels in Zhejiang province have carried the transport of a large amount of cargoes required for the economic and social development.The construction of high-grade waterways should be speeded up in order to form a well-arranged and efficient channel network.This paper introduces some arterial waterways to be constructed and analyzes the key problems and relative countermeasures for the construction of high-grade waterways.
