摘要
为了探索溶解氧含量对2205DSS钢在盐卤中点蚀行为的影响,在30℃和60℃下分别测试了2205DSS于不同盐卤(充氧、除氧和自然态)中的Tafel曲线和循环伏安曲线,并在60℃进行了浸泡腐蚀试验。结果表明:随着盐卤溶液中溶解氧量的增加,2205DSS的腐蚀电位增大;30℃时,溶液充氧与除氧提高了孔蚀保护电位,60℃时,充氧与除氧则主要改变了点蚀击穿电位;30℃和60℃时溶液除氧和充氧均能提高2205DSS在盐卤介质中的耐点蚀性能,除氧的效果优于充氧。
In order to explore the effect of behavior on the pitting be-havior of 2205D stainless steel (2205DSS) in bittern, the tafelcurve and cyclic voltammetric curve of 2205DSS in bittern subjected to aeration under different conditions were tested at 30 ℃ and60 ℃.And the immersion corrosion test was performed at 60 ℃.Results show that the corrosion potential of 2205 DSS is increasedcontinuously with the increase of dissolved oxygen in bittern.Oxvgenation and deoxygenation increased the protection potential at30 X and led to change of the pitting broken-down potential at60 ℃.Besides, both deoxygenation and oxygenation at 30 X and60 ℃ contributed to improved pitting resistance of 2205 DSS inbittern, and better pitting resistance was obtained along with deoxygenation but not oxvgenation.
