摘要
某发电厂为了提高设备的抗高温硫腐蚀性能,将670 t/h锅炉卫燃带水冷壁更换为渗铝管,但不久发生了大面积鼓包爆管。为此,借助理化检验等手段对其原因进行分析,发现渗铝水冷壁管加工过程中内壁产生的大量氧化皮是导致爆管的根本原因。采用常温盐酸浸泡法对该故障进行快速处理,彻底消除了渗铝水冷壁管内壁氧化皮的不良影响。
A power plant has experienced bulge failure of aluminized water wall tubes in a 670 t/h boiler.The causes leading to such a failure were analyzed based on various physical and chemical testing techniques.It was found that during the diffusion processing of the 20G steel tubes in a sealed crucible, a large amount of porous iron scale was formed on the inner surface leading to bulge and failure of the tube.It was feasible to completely eliminate the harmful influence of the porous iron scale on the inner surface of the aluminized water wall tubes by using ambient temperature hydrochloric acid soak as a countermeasure for quick treatment.
