摘要
目的:12例全喉切除术后的饮食护理,应用匀浆膳食做营养支持,与传统的混合奶比较。方法:设实验组与对照组。观察患者伤口愈合情况、胃肠道症状、呼吸道症状。结果:实验组12例患者均无胃肠道症状,平均10d内伤口Ⅰ期愈合,呼吸道痰少,减少伤口感染机会和吸痰器的使用。对照组12例,伤口Ⅰ期愈合10例,Ⅱ期愈合2例,平均愈合时间为15d。两种营养方法比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用匀浆膳食对12例全喉切除术后进行饮食护理,可起到配合治疗,促进伤口愈合和机体恢复的目的。饮食护理将成为配合医疗治疗不可缺少的措施。
Objective: To compare the effect of homogenized diets and mixed milk in the nursing care of 12 patients after total laryngectomy. Methods: There were experimental group and control group used to observe: the healing of wounds, the gastrointestinal symptoms,the respiratory symptoms. Results: 12 patients were given homogenized diets of the experimental group had no gastrointestinal symptoms. The wound was healed by first intention in the average of 10 days and less sputum in respiratory tract. The opportunity of wound infection and the use of sputum aspirator should be reduced. While among another twelve patients of the control group, 10 patients wounds healed by first intention, and the rest healed by second intention. The wound healing time averaged 15 days. Calculated by the statistics, there's obvious difference between the two kinds of diet if the result was P〈0.01.Conelusion: We achieved the anticipated result by using homogenizeddiet in the nursing care of patients after total laryngectomy, which achieved the purpose of pushing therapy, promoting wounds healing and recovering the body. Diet nursing care will be an indispensable part of medical treatment.
