庐江县零售药店顾客需求分析

Analysis on demand for pharmaceutical care in drug stores in Lujiang County

目的:了解安徽省巢湖市庐江县顾客对该县零售药店药学服务的需求与期望,为该县零售药店实施和发展药学服务提供参考。方法:对巢湖市庐江县的5个社区进行抽样问卷调查,运用Excel工作表和统计软件对回收的183份问卷进行分析。结果:60.0%以上被调查者在患有轻微病症时选择去零售药店购药;80.2%的被调查者愿意到药学服务好的零售药店买药;45.5%的被调查者在零售药店购药的依据为"药店的营业员建议";被调查者对零售药店开展药学服务活动的知晓率为41.2%;74.6%被调查者希望得到药师用药指导。结论:巢湖市庐江县的被调查者对零售药店药学服务的总体需求较大,但对开展的药学服务的认知度和满意度不高,要加快培养药学服务的专业队伍,从不同层次完善药学服务,并且要加强宣传,提升消费者对药学服务的认知度。

Objective： To investigate the demand for pharmaceutical care in drug stores in Lujiang County and to provide scientific basis for the implement and develope of pharmaceutical care. Methods： Questionnaire survey was conducted a- mong residents in five communities of Lujiang County, then 183 copies of questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Re- sults： Among the questionnaires, over 60.0% people chose to buy grugs during milder illness, 80.2% people were wilhng to buy drugs in drug stores with excellent pharmaceutical care, 45.5% people chose to buy the drugs on the suggestion of the salesperson of the drug stores and the total rate of knowing pharmaceutical care in drug stores ~as 41.2~. 74.6% people hoped to obtain guidence from pharmacists on drug use. Conclusion： The demand for pharmaceutical care in drug stores a- mong informants in Lujiang County is higher, but the rate of the recognition and satifaction is lower. It is necessary to culti- vate specialized team to carry out better pharmaceutical care in different levels and propagation should be expand to up- grade recognition of pharmaceutical care.
