我院2006～2008年头孢菌素类抗生素应用分析

Analysis on cephalosporins used in our hospital from 2006 to 2008

目的:了解头孢菌素类抗生素的临床应用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:对2006～2008年我院头孢菌素的品种、用药金额、用药频度和限定日费用等进行统计分析。结果:3年中,我院头孢菌素类抗生素的年用药金额及比例均增大;第3代注射用头孢菌素类抗生素DDDs比例最大,但有下降趋势;口服仍以第1代为主、第2代增长幅度较大。结论:我院头孢类抗生素应用基本合理,但第3代头孢菌素类DDDs应用比例较大,有必要加强头孢类抗生素分级管理。

Objective： To observe the application of cephalosporins in our hospital and offer the rational use for the clini- cal. Methods： The cephalosporins used in the hospital from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed in respect of kinds, consumption sum, DDDs and DDDc. Results： The consumption sum and its proportion of the eephalosporins increased year by year; the third generation of eephalosporins for injection were the biggest proportion on DDDs and decreased in 3 years, the first generation of eephalosporins were the main ones for oral and the second generation of cephalosporins for oral increased greatly. Conclusion： The application of cephalosporins is reasonable basically in the hospital, but application on the third generation of cephalospoas is too much, which need to be controlled.
