皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复四肢皮肤缺损

Repair of the soft tissue defect of extremity with fasciocutaneous flap incorporation the nutrifying vessel of cutaneous nerves

目的:报道应用带皮神经营养血管皮瓣修复肢体组织缺损的临床效果。方法:对136例患者四肢皮肤缺损的病例,采用带皮神经营养血管皮瓣进行修复,皮瓣面积2.0cm×1.4cm～18.0cm×12.0cm。结果:皮瓣全部成活,随访3个月～5年,皮瓣质地优良,外观、功能满意。结论:这种皮瓣血运丰富,创伤小,操作简单,为修复四肢皮肤缺损提供了良好的手术方法。

Objective： To report the clinical effects of fasciocutaneous flap incorporation the nutrifying vessel of cutaneous nerve to repair the soft tissue defect of extremity. Methods： 136 patients with soft tissue defect of extremity were treated with fasciocutaneous flap incorporation the nutrifying vessel of cutaneous nerves The flaps measured 2.0 cmxl.4 cm-18.0 cm^l 2.0 cm. Results： All flaps survived, they were followed up for 3 months to 5 years, the texture of flaps was good and the appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion： This kind of flap which can be made easily with minor injury to extremity are especially useful in the primary repair of soft tissue defect of extremity.
