摘要
目的:总结微创小切口治疗大隐静脉曲张的经验。方法:采用大隐静脉高位结扎微创小切口剥脱术治疗121例(153条患肢)下肢静脉曲张患者。结果:在121例患者中,随访113例,随访率为93.4%。平均随访时间2.5年,疗效满意。结论:微创小切口手术操作简单、合理、易于掌握,且疗效理想,值得推广。
Objective： To summarize the experiences of the minimally invasive surgical procedures in the treatment of great saphenous varicose vein. nethods：121 cases （153 limbs） were treated with smaller incisions and stripping of the great saphenous vein. Results： In 121 patients, 113 cases were followed-up, the follow-up rate was 93.4%. The average follow- up period of 2.5 years, it showed satisfactory results. Conclusion： Minimally invasive surgery is simple, reasonable, easy to master, and the effect of ideals, it is worth popularizing.
